Welcome to the Greater Vancouver Mustang Association (GVMA). By participating in our club and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using GVMA services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Membership Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals who share an interest in Mustang vehicles. Members must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintain that information up to date.

3. Conduct and Behavior:
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during club events and meetings. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment or discrimination, may result in termination of membership.

4. Events and Activities:
Participation in GVMA events is at your own risk. The GVMA organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in activities. It is recommended that members adhere to all safety guidelines and local laws.

5. Intellectual Property:
All content, including logos, graphics, and written materials produced by GVMA, is the property of the Association. Members may not use, distribute, or modify GVMA intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Privacy Policy:
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Changes to Terms:
GVMA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
